"Went in to purchase a pair of running shoes. ZERO acknowledgment by any of the many staff milling about having casual conversations with each other. Had two staff members walk right in front of me while I was looking at shoes on the shelf with no “excuse me”. Shoes lying all over the floor and this was at opening time - 9:00 am. Bitterly disappointed. Terrible, terrible customer service. Staff need a serious rev up. Will go elsewhere."
"Bought shoes on line. After a very short walk around the house and section, I figured I had selected the wrong size. They now refuse to exchange or refund as they claim "used". OMG how else do you know that shoes are the wrong size... Store unhelpful, call centre mislead, claim everyone is busy will have to call you back. In other words we need to talk to the store before you.. I'm fine with that but tell the truth not BS that they are all busy. Really gutted if that's what's called customer service."
