Then upon that this customer rep was out right rude and not helpful in the slightest. I booked and paid for a in home tech support, unfortunately had to postpone, the process to re book was painful and not straightforward in the slightest. Was treated like i was the inconvenience. Step it up guys, you will not be getting my next order."
