With two dining areas, including the ever-popular 'all you can eat' Nor'west Buffet, you are sure to find a delicious meal to satisfy your cravings. Our two large open plan bars offer a lively atmosphere, perfect for socializing and enjoying a drink with friends. The bars open out to a stunningly landscaped courtyard, creating a tranquil setting for relaxation.

Whether you're seeking a night of live music, a game of pool or darts, or simply want to unwind with a book in our cozy lounge area, you'll find it all at the Papanui. As a member of Clubs NZ, you also have the opportunity to explore over 300 other clubs across New Zealand, adding even more excitement to your experiences.
Don't worry if you're not a member of a club, as we warmly welcome non-members to visit and dine with us. For just $5, you can obtain a temporary membership, granting you access to our facilities and services. Please note that membership or affiliated membership is required for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.
We take pride in creating a modern and relaxed atmosphere, where everyone can feel comfortable and work towards their health and wellbeing goals. Our dedicated space, Embers, provides a unique function room for your next event or conference, ensuring a successful and memorable occasion.
To make your visit even more convenient, the Papanui operates a shuttle service from Thursday to Sunday, starting at 3pm. For a small fee of $2 (free for those under 15 years old), you can easily reach our location and enjoy all that we have to offer.

"Awesome buffet, good food selection. Lots of seating. You take a plate, napkin, and utensils, then choose what you'd like to eat. You can get up as many times as you like. Buffets selection has cheese, meats, seafood, salad, vegetables, pasta, sauces, bread, soup, and dessert. Great staff, fast clean up."
