"Im really disappointed with one of the receptionist here. Obviously the job is perhaps getting a bit much. Her attitude was at first plesant and helpful as I dress and present well . At present I'm entitled to a community support card , this is only for three months due to unforseen circumstances. Once she knew I had one her whole attitude and demener changed . Her attitude was appealing. I feel very sad for anyone who is in a long term situation requiring govt help when you end up dealing with this sort of attitude. I'm considering taking the matter further , as her attitude was un professional and judgemental . She's obviously stuck back in the dark ges when you never accepted help. I would have hoped that attitude hand been thrown out long ago"
"Not recommended for pregnancy ultrasound, the sonographer who did my scan was not gentle and treating as if we forced her to do the job, she also denied to do 3D before even starting the scan. I need to also remind them that we are bloody paying and not asking for free service! Please hire friendly staff who can treat pregnant mothers right! do not attend this branch if you are expecting a baby!"
