Welcome to Physio Mechanics, a leading physiotherapy institution located at 71 Hingaia Road, Karaka. Situated in a modern and spacious complex, right next door to Urban Soul cafe, our clinic opened its doors in 2016 as part of a brand new build in the medical and service center by the motorway onramp at Karaka.

At Physio Mechanics Karaka, we pride ourselves on delivering excellence in total body rehabilitation. With 4 treatment rooms and a dedicated pilates/yoga/exercise space, our clinic is equipped to provide comprehensive care to our patients. Our team consists of 5 experienced physiotherapists, a chiropractor, and massage therapists, who are committed to helping you achieve optimal health and well-being.

In addition to our in-clinic services, our physiotherapists also extend their expertise to the community. We provide offsite physiotherapy services at local schools such as Strathallan and Rosehill Colleges, as well as local sports clubs including Karaka Rugby and Franklin United Football Clubs. We believe in the power of community and actively contribute to the health and well-being of the people around us.

Please note that due to a fire at our Takanini clinic, we have temporarily relocated to 157 Great South Road, Takanini. We sincerely appreciate your support and understanding during this time.
