"Like many people I don't like dentists. I had a bad experience when I was younger and that put me right off going to any dentist for a long time. About two months ago I needed a sudden Root Canal. Using good old Google I found the team at Northmed Dental. I read a fair few of the reviews and noticed how each person had their own bad experiences in the past and how great the staff are at Northmed Dental so I decided to give them a go. I am so happy I did. When I called, Rachel was able to get me in later that day for an exam and then get a second appointment the day after to take care of the pain I was in. I am sure all of the team at Northmed are amazing but I can say with all honesty I am really grateful that I got Dr Michael Georgy as my dentist. Most of the time Michael had Sophie helping out (Sophie is automatically a favourite in my book as a fellow lefty!). They addressed any concerns I had and were always up for some chit chat which for me helped calm my nerves. The pricing is really transparent and the plan created provides the exact cost up front for all the recommended work. I know Michael took extra time when needed to make sure the job was done right even on those late Friday night appointments, which I really appreciate! I also came across a first at Northmed with roof mounted TVs! I wondered how effective something like that would be when I started and trust me when I say it's a really good distraction even if your like me and a bit of a chicken! I have had a bit of work done to get my teeth back up to scratch with my root canal, the fillings and the advanced hygiene clean. Through the help of Dr Michael Georgy and the team I am on the other side much happier than when I first walked in. I ALMOST look forward to seeing you for my next hygiene clean. I would also like to also say that through seeing how well I was treated at Northmed by Michael over the last few months my mum who is petrified of the dentist has started to use the team as well and she has had nothing but positive things to say. That makes me more happy than my own experience so thanks to AJ and Michael Georgy for making her feel so at ease, I can't wait to see her smile."
