"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I booked an appointment, went there Jenna said they havent got any appointment for me as she just booked free consultation.I showed her confirmation email that she send me,she started apologizing. She said she got an appointment on Tuesday at 5 .00 pm.I said ok will let her know.Rang clinic within 15 min and lady said they dont have anything at 5.00 pm,i asked her if she can ask Jenna to call me back.Never received any call back.Emailed no reply.Finally received an email back today after i send another email .She said she doesn't have any appointment at 5 as they booked fast.Well lady i rang straight away to book it as you messed up my original appointment. What a service.NOT RECCOMENDED at all. Reply -- I do have email which clearly states TREATMENT.Get your facts right before sending a reply."
