"Sharon was absolutely awful and had terrible customer service at the service desk. I had a team card that wasn’t signed and I’ve used for years and I didn’t know I had to sign. Instead of letting me know nicely she got very angry with me and told me she was going to cancel my card. Definitely not someone that should be in customer service, from a fellow customer service representative."
"Good car parking very near to the back entrance of Barrington mall Clean entrance. Easy to get around. Lots of specials easily visible. Ailse clear. Plenty of staff visible to ask for help. Available to get ladders to look for other stock. Very clear setup of different sections within the shop. Friendly and smiling checkout staff."
