"Bad Experience - will try to avoid using them again. Package was shipped from Auckland To Christchurch and then it sat in their depot for 12 days. No one ever bothered to call and explain the delay. I had to call and chased them up so many times and all I heard were empty promises. So much for ' Between Islands delivery within 2-4 days. The only reason this deserves 1 star is the delivery driver - good fellow."
