"DON'T GO WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HOUSE TO HAVE LONG DELAY BEFORE IT GETS READY. Before we signed the contract they were busy saying that our new house would be ready around September but since August they started giving us excuses saying the weather isn't too good and the Council isn't doing their job. We are currently looking at least 6 months of delay on our house and houses that are built right opposite our house which are done by G.j gardner are all ready and people are already living there. believe or not Gj gardner and this generation homes started this project at the same time. All these people say is ''we are trying our best" but no actual action taken. We were told that carpet would be done but when we visited the place we could not see any carpet. We were told that the council isn't giving them ccc but turns out they were short on staff. As far as I have seen, this company is hopeless and I won't recommend anyone to sign a contract with them."
