"Was double charged for a room back in March, was told by front desk they would fix it the next day. Never happened. Waited a month then emailed receipts for the two charges, no reply and no refund still. Would have been a good review otherwise but this isn't how to run a business."

"This boutique hotel is right in the heart of Tauranga. Walking distance to the water front, city centre and main shopping areas, restaurants etc, great location with multi levels car parks at rear. Clean, cosy and spacious room. Friendly service. We arrived late in the morning prior to check in time. The front desk lady kindly checked us in."
"Stayed here two nights 11 Jan - 13 Jan 2023. Complex was clean and well presented. Car park was great. Customer service and Reception were helpful and approachable. Would definitely stay here again. We were a family of 6 adults and a baby of six months. Three rooms, all as described above."
