"I studied at Elite when it was previously Face and Beauty. It was fantastic! However I am still waiting on my diploma certificates. I have been into the campus to pick it up and it was in Hamilton. They took my details and no one has got hold of me. I’ve tried to call, go in a number of times but can never get a park. Have also emailed Stella to get it sent out and still have no received it. Customer service needs a real overhaul! Not impressed at all."
"I previously studied at what was face and beauty and the course wasn’t too bad but it’s very unorganised. I’m giving a one star as i studied in 2020 and have still not received my diploma, iv tried emailing, ringing, iv been told they will sort it for me but haven’t heard anything in months! I’m currently paying over $20k for a course I don’t even have proof of completing… work and wholesalers need proof of my diploma and I have no proof at all, also we didn’t even get to celebrate as a class once finished yet alone have a graduation they decided to have one 2 years after the course was finished, And only a few of us in the class were notified about the graduation. Go to Toi Ohomai it’s cheaper and more professional."

I’ve emailed, I’ve called, I’ve been in and seen them and yet not me nor my class mates have gotten their diploma certificate because we were unable to attend the graduation ceremony.
