"Went in here to get something specific for my animals. Walked all around the shop, trying to find what I needed. Wasn't to be found anywhere. The younger staff girl was busy with the only other customer in the shop. The two older staff members leaned on the counter and talked and ignored me. I left and went to Petstock at Bethlehem. There is much better service there. I'm not impressed with Animates!"
