St Marys Family & Childcare Centre

Welcome to St Mary's Family & Childcare Centre, located in the beautiful Mount Maunganui, New Zealand. As an establishment and point of interest in the community, we are dedicated to providing a nurturing and educational environment for children up to their fifth birthday.

At St Mary's, we believe in creating an exciting and stimulating programme that incorporates Te Whariki, the New Zealand early childhood curriculum. We understand that children learn and grow holistically, and we strive to promote their individual interests and strengths.

Respectful relationships are at the heart of our centre. We encourage positive interactions between children, staff, caregivers/whanau, and the wider community. We value and acknowledge everyone's skills and contributions as we embark on a lifelong journey of learning together.

Affordability and high-quality education are important to us. We aim to make early childhood education accessible to all families, empowering children to learn and grow within a caring and stable environment. Our centre also incorporates Christian principles and the Anglican ethos of care, respect, and equity.

We are proud to be supported by the Parish, which also oversees Waiapu Kids St Mary's Tahatai Preschool in Papamoa. This partnership allows us to provide additional educational opportunities for children in multiple locations.
