While attending our weekly lessons is a great start, we encourage our students to go the extra mile and dedicate additional practice hours during the week. Our classes commence with a dynamic warm-up session led by our experienced instructors. We begin by gently stretching and warming up the body from head to toe, ensuring that you are prepared for the energetic movements of salsa. Following this, we engage in a more enjoyable and athletic warm-up, where you can challenge yourself to follow the instructors' lead and practice your fundamental steps and styling. These warm-ups are tailored to the class's level, providing a perfect opportunity to reinforce essential techniques and explore the influences of various salsa dances.

Leading the way at Salsa ¡Agua! is Kate, our main instructor and Director. With over 20 years of Latin dance experience, Kate has been teaching Cuban dance and Salsa since 2008. Her teaching style is characterized by patience, enthusiasm, and a contagious energy that will have you dancing and enjoying yourself in no time. Kate's passion for salsa shines through in her classes, creating a welcoming and inspiring learning environment.

In addition to our regular classes, we also offer exciting events such as the upcoming New Salsa Practica in Winter 2023. This is an excellent opportunity to further refine your skills and connect with fellow salsa enthusiasts.
