While we aim to personally provide emergency afterhours care whenever possible, we also recognize the importance of family time and personal breaks. Therefore, there may be nights or weekends where afterhours emergencies will be referred. In the event of a genuine afterhours emergency where your pet is severely ill or injured, please call our clinic line at (03) 740 0692.

Please note that our Emergency Afterhours consultation price is $150 (incl GST), and all services and medications during afterhours have an additional 30% surcharge. If you reach out to us during an evening when our personal afterhours service is closed, we have made arrangements for emergencies to be covered by the Rangiora Emergency Vet Hospital, located at the corner of Lehmans Rd and Oxford Road in Rangiora.
