"Phoned in for advice about an older sick hen, Imogen provided great advice on how we could keep her comfortable and address some common causes of the symptoms. Thanks very much for the help!"
"Always good service with our domestic and farm animals"
"I'm well impressed with Vetlife Oxford they are very professional & sympathetic when required. I found the vet nurses, veterinarian & reception staff to have a stella work ethic, the environment is really clean & quite soothing when I had to take my older kitty there. update 16/02/23 have taken my niece's 2 kitten's to the vet today and the vet and staff do a stand up job, one of the kitten's had a bad experience the first time I took her, & I explained this to the vet & she took her time calming the kitten down before giving her the shot we had come in for, exceptional service"
"Was quoted an amount then was charged 3 times that amount. Buyer beware. We did ring the owner , the owner said this was not fair to us. The staff texted me asking to come in and them to go over the bill with me. I had already done this on pick up as I was shocked at the bill. So wasn't going to be fair even though I sent them evidence from the consumers govt page that a final bill that has had a quote verbal or written shouldn't total any more than I think 15% of that quote .this was totally unfair ."
"Friendly staff, that know their stuff. Ive used this vet for over 6 years now and ive never had any issues. Thank you for making my pets better."
