Welcome to Waikato Pathways College - Tauranga, located at 142 Durham Street in Tauranga, New Zealand. As an establishment and point of interest, we are proud to be affiliated with the University of Waikato College – Te Kura Huanui.

At Waikato Pathways College, our primary goal is to support our students in their journey towards obtaining an undergraduate or postgraduate degree of their choice at the prestigious University of Waikato. We offer a wide range of courses and programmes designed for both international and domestic students. This includes foundation pathway Certificates, as well as academic and general English language programmes. We are excited to announce the launch of our new International Diploma programmes in Business and Computer Science, which are equivalent to the first year of a bachelor's degree. Additionally, we have introduced our Pre-Masters Programme, the Diploma in Postgraduate Preparation (DipPP). Our college also hosts international study groups from various countries and operates one of New Zealand's largest IELTS testing centres.

At Waikato Pathways College, we offer a variety of courses that will assist you in progressing towards the university degree of your choice. Our Foundation programmes are specifically designed for students with a New Zealand secondary school qualification who may not have met the entry criteria for direct degree study or require additional academic preparation prior to undergraduate study. In addition to our academic English programme, we offer a General English programme for students looking to improve their everyday English skills, as well as an International Group programme for a more immersive language learning experience.

Furthermore, our award-winning IELTS test centre at the University of Waikato organises numerous test dates throughout the year on both our Hamilton and Tauranga campuses. This allows students to conveniently take the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination, an essential requirement for many international students.
