"I loved my stay here. The rooms are luxurious and the bathrooms are by far my favourite. I would travel to Tauranga for work every month and when I stay for one or two nights I like to try and see if this place has availability within my allocated work budget. So when it is, this is the place to stay. It’s location is convenient to everything, including getting on the motorway to go to the mount. You are looking at $200 to $250 per night for a studio room. Sometimes you can get a better deal."
"Had a lunch booked there today for a fairly large group. Service was pretty poor and no acknowledgement of the staff. This is quite disappointing as the service used to be amazing when Daniella was managing the team. I would think twice if you want to host an event here."

"100% the best place to stay in Tauranga! From check in to check out the place was unique but relaxing. Daniella was the whole vibe of the hotel and restaurant. Food wine, wine and cocktails were amazing but the positive energy Daniella and her team brought added to the overall experience. We stayed in the king exec room, it was very spacious, the decor, bed overall styling was all on point. Bathroom double sink amazing shower 10/10. Only place we will stay from now on."
