"Extremely hard to contact them but when they need to charge tenants. They are still doing direct debit from my account although they passed rental contract to other company. I tried to email, call them to sort it out but never responded. Please refund me"
"A very late posting but I feel it needs to be said. Prime Rentals, Steve and Sue Warburton, were managing our rental property back in 2013. They highly recommended the tenant they placed in the property. We had to chase up inspections as they were not done and seldom, if ever, was there the photographic proof that any inspections were actually carried out. We were slow in realizing that something was not right. Eventually we discovered, to our horror, that the tenants were running a dubious business from the property – which probably explains the lack of inspection photos. Their email responses were slow and seemed evasive. Let us hope Prime Rentals are now more careful about placing tenants."

They are very easy to contact, friendly to deal with, and super efficient. We recently had a major problem at our property which was dealt with very speedily and efficiently by Steve and the team. They kept us fully up to date with all our options and continually visited our property to monitor progress. Using them to oversee our property has certainly given us peace of mind and we feel we can totally trust them. They are certainly people of integrity who do an outstanding job."
"We got a flat in 8th Ave through Prime Rentals and the landlord Shane was borderline psychotic. He cleaned our shower when we were away and made it almost impossible to get our bond back. It was a terrible experience and these are just some of the issues. People like this shouldn’t be landlords. Also our bond was hard to find which was suspicious and concerning."
