"At the time of visiting, it felt like it was under staffed. The wait time for assistance was long. There were boxes all over the place where people sat to try shoes on so was a little cramped and frustrating. Not very competitive as I had found identical shoes in Macpac around the corner so when asked if they were willing to match they declined so they missed out on a $280 sale. Otherwise it's a good store, staff are friendly, there is good variety of items to choose from. Worth a visit."

"Tidy, well-stocked outdoor store with friendly staff. It pays to keep an eye on the specials and not just look when you need it immediately. They stock reputable brands that are good value for money even though it still hurts to pay. That said, I don't want gear to fail when I'm counting on it to do is job."
