"I called the store a couple hours prior to coming in, to put an item on hold. I spoke with Amber and she was just amazing over the phone. When I came into store she remembered me by name and made my quick visit to the store really great. As well as one of the other male staff members behind the counter who I didn’t get his name but was just as amazing. "The staff at North Beach Fraser Cove are lovely. I had an exchange due to something being a size too small (my error) and they corrected it without an issue. There was a minor shipping hiccup and another store sent my new item to them instead of to me, but when I called to follow up everyone was super helpful and lovely, and I had my order picked up less than an hour later. They did a great job handling the situation and super happy with the service, Holly especially :)"
