Her amazing knowledge, experience and wisdom in all things pregnancy, birth and the power of feminine energy are all intertwined into her classes where I learn something new every week. In her classes I find the specialized poses she teaches to prepare us for birth and help our changing bodies along the way beyond helpful in my pregnancy journey. She offers a very holistic yoga practice incorporating mind, body, spirit - very empowering! Did I mention she does the best pregnancy massages also! Could not recommend her enough."
