They are inundated with issues caused by air lines especially Qantas incompetence but need better communication to clients with lost luggage as Menzies are contractors for this service. It's a real hassle not knowing when luggage may turn up. Stressfull. Got a late email today ftom Menzies hoping it may be close to finding. Thanks Menzies to please improve communications."
