"Absolutely rude racist receptionist. Prissana is a poor excuse for a human working in the medical field. This place doesn’t even deserve any stars with human trash like her on your reception discriminating unwell clients & absolutely NO customer service skills or compassion. Check on the website before going in. Showed as Quiet, go in and absolutely dead in there. Rude Prissana stops us at the door, advising masks on but we had none and no offer of one. Then advises us no walk in as they are very busy and fully booked. There was maybe 2 other people in there of her culture, but myself and the other Māori lady that had been waiting for the last hour were turned away. I will be making a formal complaint and seeking follow up with the Ministry of Health as to what other avenues for complaints against this practice."
"I made an appointment for 330 They called me at 3pm and told me to come in cause the DOCTOR has already called my name twice.. turns out it was the nurse.. as i came in I continued to wait While there were no patients in the waiting room I continue to wait well past 330 only then be seen by the nurse… then I continued to wait till 4pm Then i was finally called and sat in a room with no doctor by myself and continued to wait 15 minutes no doctor sitting in a empty room and was not seen To which i finally left"
"I have been sent an invoice for $218 for unpaid prescriptions dating back to 201, it is now 2022 and I pay religiously at each attendance, I have never experienced this before. I went over recent banking transaction online for the last 6 months as this is how far you can go back and can see the transactions were paid! Yes, the invoicing team keep harassing me to pay this imaginary bill!"
"My wife visited the Local Doctors today to get urgent advise from the doctor for an upcoming surgery. A request to see the doctor for a few minutes to seek advise from the doctors was handled by the receptionist in a very unprofessional manner shutting the door on my wife. The emotional and mental state of patients are not considered by the staff in these difficult times. The doctor is superb but the staff at the clinic especially the receptionist needs to show more compassion towards the patient needs."
"Dr Pervin Dalal is excellent and knowledgeable. I like her advice, and she finds the root causes very well. The centre has a big issue with timing and scheduling patients. I took my son there in time and had to wait for almost an hour to visit the doctor. It's not a child-friendly environment. Making an appointment is another headache and hard to book with the current telephony system."
