"I recently purchased a Merino Buff from these guys, using a gift card that was purchased at the Hamilton shop. Being unable to get to Auckland, I rang them and they had to order it in specially, which only took a few days. I sent the gift card to them and they duly sent it to me WITH a nice gift by way of an apology for the delay! This was unexpected, unnecessary but totally appreciated! During the course of this transaction, I had to phone them a few times (just because of them having to order it and me having to send them the card etc) and I have to say that every staff member I spoke to was just brilliant - very helpful and absolutely customer focussed.
