"The stupid Indian on the phone should not be working there."
"Nice place but trying to chase after doctors for prescription renewal is more frustrating and adds to my anxiety happy with my psychologist and the ot is nice too had a nice time colouring in for matariki.. and free boil up but ended up having a massive panic attack and had to leave.."
"My private information that I shared with a psychologist was also shared with my doctor. I did not give them permission to share my personal private conversations with my doctor. They told me I shared it with a doctor from the cottage I told her I did not. That psychologist I talk to was no doctor. I would like to know what basis they considered they could share my health information without my consent. I told this lady I did not consent. The psychologist had told me and I think in her office it was not going to be used especially on a discharge paper or leave her office. It did and I know my rights if I was to be suicidal or harm somebody that is the only time they can actually share it with my doctor or the police. That is over the top. I did not want my discharge papers having that information on it or looking like a it was a novel or a police report and to top it off some of the information was very old like two years old and I do have an allergy problem it was not written on that report. Oh and you did not discharge me last year because I never received any papers and my doctors Never got nothing. They lie to me they manipulate the conversation that we had on zoom. I’m disgusted in your behaviour and I’m disgusted how they treated me. See I wasn’t going to be used as a guinea pig, the last time, I recorded this zoom meeting. I was only in the because my family did not support me. I have a letter from many years ago stating that I have no mental illness."
