"The Indian man working in front is so rude and condescending ... really tested my patience... I frequent this place a lot as they do have quality products but the reason for my 1 star review is purely based on this guy... the three times I came in, he behaved the same way..."
"Don't buy from them, made a purchase worth 30k and customer service team failed to provide the delivery tracking or day of delivery. Had to call 3 times but no use. Team is super rude and only response was items are being delivered from supplier directly. Ridiculous team and service. Had to work on day off as their delivery guy called 20min before arriving."
"I purchased a chargrill online from Nisbets and on their website there's no information on delivery time. You'd expect that if a large, high priced item is available for prompt sale online, they'd either have information on when it would be delivered or how long it'd take for the supplier to organise it. I've paid for it and never even received any confirmation of payment, except from my own bank account. I call 2 weeks later to ask an update about the item I purchased and a very rude person called Michelle, says that she needs to call the supplier to check. A few minutes later she tells me that it'll take 8 weeks for the delivery as the item is being manufactured to order. No apologies, no empathy whatsoever. The way Michelle spoke was very unprofessional and almost like it's I was the one that made a mistake. I asked to talk to a manager and she refuses to put me through saying there's nobody there. I ask for an email, she says that the only email available is the one that she'll respond to. Nisbets fails to mention about the lead time on their large items fearing it will put people off from buying. After they grab your money, there's no support or communication from their end and when you contact them, the support is non-existent and rude. I'm now stuck without being able to continue with my food truck upgrade as a result from their dodgy tactics and horrible customer-service."
"There is no suprise why this company has low review. I have been calling for 20xx times and all staff said they are going to correct my detail on the syptem . However, nothing has been changed. Then everytime I called they asked me same question and giving me the same address which is not belong to my account. I was so tired of keep telling them to fix the problem but nothing changed and thats why I got very disappointed of the wrong information everytime I called. I reported that the staff didnt do their job and the manager told me I have been rude to be angry and yelling. As the customer how can I am not suppose to be angry while the staff did not do their job and just giving a promise for nothing. The manager has been talking in unpolite way and blame me for my action. She doesnt even ask me if she could help me to fix the problem and appologies for her staff not doing their job. As the manager you should fix the issues rather than point at customer and blame them why they have been angry . I paid the money and i'm expecting the customer service . Please do your job and help customer. I hope the leader of the company would read this review and try to understand about the problem to make sure this issues will fix completely ! Thank you"
"I don't like giving bad reviews as we are also a business and understand that things go wrong and mistakes do happen but Nisbets really need to take a look at their systems as too many 'things' have gone wrong for too long. First of all, since you are primarily selling to other businesses; wouldn't it make sense to send your customers a GST receipt? Nothing. I've even requested by e-mail, still with nothing. Next, your marketing communication is great and I get all your latest deals and offers but that's the only type of communication I seem to be able to get. Questions? No answer, I have a return, no answer. Ordering products, some arrive now and some arrive a few weeks later. I've decided to cut my losses on a return and shop elsewhere from now on. You guy's have a good range and have such potential please listen and communicate with your customers. From the reviews, I'm not the only one experiencing this either."
