"Bought an IPhone and gave it for repair under warranty. It’s been a year now and we have not received it back. Consistently atrocious communication from your store manager’s. Always over promises and under deliver. Substandard and poor communication. I requested to speak to senior manager to complaint about this appalling service. It felt on deaf ears. I called twice today, admin manger once transferred my call to head office and the receptionist disconnected call after listening to my plight. Second time admin manger, promised a call back and again she failed to keep her word. Disgusting after sales service and disappointing to see that no one is interested in resolving this year old case."
