Welcome to Franklin Family Support Services, a leading agency for social services in the Franklin District. Located in Pukekohe on King Street, our establishment is dedicated to providing assistance and support to individuals and families in need.

As a trusted institution, we are fortunate to hold the Heartlands MSD Contract for our area, allowing us to host a range of Government agencies at our hub in Pukekohe. This includes a regular JP service three mornings a week, providing convenient access to essential services for the community.

Our dedicated team of social workers is committed to helping people navigate through the stress and anxiety they may be experiencing. We work closely with individuals and families to address and resolve issues that may be hindering their ability to live happily and positively. Using mana enhancing practice and frameworks, our social workers walk alongside whanau/families and individuals to provide the support and guidance they need.

Financial stability is a crucial aspect of a fulfilling life, and our financial mentors are here to help. They assist individuals in planning for a more secure future, exploring financial options, and working towards reducing debt and hardship.

At Franklin Family Support Services, we understand the importance of mental health. Our counseling team offers guidance and support to children, teenagers, and adults, helping them explore personal issues and develop strategies for positive mental well-being.

We also recognize the challenges of parenting, which is why we offer a range of parenting courses. These courses provide parents with new ideas, tips, and support throughout their parenting journey. Transportation can sometimes be a barrier to accessing essential services, which is why our volunteer driver service is available to help those in the Franklin community who may struggle with transportation.
