In addition to our educational psychology services, we also offer anxiety programs for children and their families. If you notice signs of anxiety, lack of resilience, emotional outbursts, or withdrawal in your child, Debbie Kenwright is an accredited trainer in both the Cool Kids Anxiety Program and Triple P - Fearless Anxiety Program. These family interventions aim to equip parents with the skills and knowledge to reduce the impact of anxiety on their child and family. We understand that anxiety is not solely a "child problem," but rather influenced by the context in which it occurs. Our compassionate and evidence-based approach helps families overcome anxiety and provide the right support when needed.

At Mindful Directions Psychology Services, our approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused. We strive to increase caregivers' competence and confidence in meeting their child's unique needs, while also supporting individuals to thrive. Our office in Albany, Auckland conducts assessments, and our other services are available online for your convenience.

If necessary, we are able to travel within the Auckland North Shore and Hibiscus Coast areas to observe your child at home or school. This includes areas such as Northcote, Warkworth, Birkenhead, Takapuna, Browns Bay, Orewa, and many more.

Our office hours are from 8.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not provide crisis services.
