"Paid for tracking on 2 parcels. Neither of these were entered into the system so did not know where the parcels were on their journey. Both arrived thankfully. I was told to take a picture of the tracking number by the guy behind the counter when I handed them over! Never had to do this before."

"The staff there was rude and unresponsive. My wife sent a parcel to Australia from the shop at the end of July / beginning of August, however it hasn't arrived yet. The parcel contains some very valuable items and we paid $40 for the shipping fee. I went to the shop to ask the staff if the parcel had been sent. The Indian guy at the front counter kept denying and saying that the parcel had been sent. He said it was not his problem anymore as the parcel was not there. Since then, I have called the NZ post multiple times, and I have been told that the parcel was still showing at the Wainuiomata Post Office. I have also contacted the Police about this matter, and they will follow up. I got annoyed because he couldn't help at all."
