NZC used to be the best courier company. That was a very long time ago. If your contact center staff would give resi customers a realistic expectation of when goods will be picked up maybe? That would be good. I phoned on Tuesday, booked a prepaid pickup for Wednesday and ended up taking the parcel to the Marine Parade depot myself on Thursday. I know several independent contractors, and they tell me your management are hopeless."

"Don't use this service if you want to save yourself time and sanity. Only to courier from Wellington to Lower Hutt, 6 working days in and no sign of showing up. In the tracking it never leave the depot. I had to call to follow up yo find outthat the package was lost and they had to get an investigation team to find it. This is rediculous. Customer service who picked up my phone said they would call me back but nothing. I had to go to pick up myself from the depot just to get the parcel."
