"After emails and being on hold twice for more than 15 minutes each time.. How hard is it to answer a query? Not a very reliable service you advertise.. Our customers are let down due to us using you as a carrier.."
"I will share the same pain of other users who posted their review for the courier service, Toll group doesn't have any commitment towards customer service. Their online system says that my parcel is with them since 4th April 2022, and even their system says that they attempted delivery on 22nd April but failed, we were at home whole day and there were no delivery attempt made by them. I posted many emails but no response and I believe there will be no response if I call them. I am not going to have their service in future."
"If I could, I would give them no stars. This courier service should not exist. I got a text confirming parcel delivery at the front door. I was sitting by the front door and there was no delivery. So I checked my letterbox but there was no delivery at all. So I called their 0800 number on Wednesday. They said they will call me back soon after looking into it. No one calls back. I called them next day and day after, I am told the same thing that the girl you spoke to first time will call you back. So after not hearing back on Thursday all day, I tried calling again this Friday afternoon. This time it was so hard to get hold off them. It was as if no one was interested in answering the phone and when the call did connect I did not get to speak to a person for 22 mins. After I did get hold of someone, they were completely unhelpful and said the same thing that the girl you spoke to first time will call you back. I asked why can't you help. Can you not follow-up with someone? Same answer girl you spoke to will call you back. I have read reviews from other clients now and wonder how can they still be in business. I think parcels have gone missing for others too. It's very suspicious. Not a service you can trust. Absolutely rubbish service and staff who answer the phone or ignore phones are doing a rubbish job also."
"Possibly the worst courier service in NZ. Driver lied about delivery attempt. We were at home all day, with front door wide open, no one came or drive pass our complex. Avoid giving them business at all cost."
"Absolutely rubbish service. Picked up parcel on 15th. 23rd now and still waiting. Rang customer service twice. Wait times 40 minutes so requested call backs. Got call backs but got no help. Asked both employees from Toll on call backs if they could kindly find out what is happening with my parcel and give me a courtesy call to let me know. Both employees promised to call me back. Nothing. Not a single call. How on earth are you supposed to run a business. The parcel was only going from Hamilton to Wellington."
