"This is the first time ever that I wrote such a negative angry reviews about a business. I took my car here for a quote,the RECEPTIONIST said the only person who could do damaging assessment was not around. Then magically, he just showed up right in front of us.Who Knows if that lady lied about it or not.Then I had waited for a week and had to call to ask if the quote is ready. POOR COMMUNICATION.Long story short, last thing I wanted to mention was someone got charged $80 for the assessment fee when the lady didn't mention any of it when we were there! Sent them an email and she didn't even bother to reply. Well, glad we didn't have the car repaired with them. Lady at the reception,just because you are the one of the owners ,it doesn't mean you can treat the customer like this!!"
"Absolutely stunned and appalled by my experience. I regret visiting this place for an assessment. Lady at the reception was extremely rude, aggressive and pathetic. Asked me to wait upto 2 hours after I handed over my car keys. She asked me whether I'm going to wait or leave because they have other stuff to deal with. I was promised a loan car and told that this will no longer be available for me. She said, the repair could take upto months Felt absolutely discriminated. Really sad after this experience."
