"Amazing customer service. WOF at VTNZ a few months ago was advised the brake pads were worn and needed to be replaced soon. Finally got round to booking in and chose Vogel motors as they had competitive rates and good reviews. Got a call in the afternoon asking why I wanted the brakes replied as they were actually fine, approximately 50% worn with plenty more life in them. Not only did they save me wasting ~$600 (which they could have easily just done and charged me anyway, they also did not charge me anything for their time inspecting! Soo impressed with everything bout this business they are now my families mechanic permantly."
