"Absolutely disgusting. Got talked to atrociously by some female lady on the other side of the phone. Then she hung up on me. Never ever ship with them, the most useless company for delivery in Nz. Never had problems with anyone else. Don't bother talking to them they're just nasty and useless, won't help you at all.
