Our journey into relationship counselling began when we faced our own relationship difficulties many years ago. As a general counsellor at the time, I didn't fully understand the complexities of couples counselling. Looking back, I realized that the help we received was not ideal, as it focused on what was not working and even justified ending the relationship. We believe that managing strong emotions and acknowledging raw emotions are crucial steps towards healing and growth.
