I imagine most of the women seeking help are, like me, struggling with day to day emotions and all the mental load that accompanies our "second puberty". "I want to say nice things, but communication is very poor. Nurses never answer the phone, and you always have to leave voice-mails. I have had issues getting both my prescription and blood test forms. If you are considering fertility associates, be aware if you have a time sensitive issue they will not answer the phone or help you. Never seem to be an issue of being asked to pay or reminding you of the bill though"
