"We needed a washer, dryer and fridge. Needed some guidance and Bryan was really great, knowledgeable about the products and very laid back. He didn't try and upsell or pressure us at all, just showed us the best options for our budget. We saved enough at alliance outlet that we were also able to get a microwave! Edit: our appliances were delivered three days after purchase, right on schedule by Slade who was punctual, efficient and really helpful getting everything set up just right!"

"I bought a fridge online and found it very tricky to search for information on what the different prices meant in delivery and installation. Therefore, what I thought installation meant wasn't actually that which upset me. I had a couple of issues with the new fridge, and this meant I had to drive into the store from the shore and back to get the part fixed, but they fixed it quickly. The other issue is still being sorted by the fridge manufacturer. Delivery was quick, and Slade was super friendly and helpful and even put my old fridge outside the door for me on leaving. If I would have seen on the website that you could pay a bit more to have it removed, too, I would have done that, but I didn't see that until after my email with customer care. I emailed the customer service team with my complaint, and they sorted it honestly and quickly."
