"It's been over a month since I placed an order. Delivery was painfully slow and tracking info was only supplied after I asked for it. Then the item arrived in the wrong colour. It took days to get a new product on the way and only because I wrote emails and phoned them. Now over two weeks later, tracking still doesn't place the item anywhere near my location. This was supposed to be a Christmas present and while they had the opportunity to put this right after the first blunder, they chose not to do anything different. I'm fed up and would never ever order from this company again. Stay clear of them if you don't want the same hassle. Thankfully, there are plenty of good companies around who know the value of customer service and deserve our business."
