"Edit: I never did get my stuff back. Livid. (My first one star Google review) Total Towing have had my stolen car in their Seaview lot for more than two weeks. I have been trying all week to arrange a time to retrieve my belongings from it before it's sold for scrap. They are incredibly unhelpful and unsympathetic, and because the site is unmanned I have had no luck. I am beyond frustrated and really feel for anyone else who finds their car in their care."

"Had a tyre blow out, on old Hutt Rd Wellington. I called these guys, and were at my destination within 20mins, affordable, eftpos ready for payment. Convenient. Rueben was so incredibly nice, proficient and professional. Highly recommend for roadside assistance in Wellington."

"Gave them a call just to get a car towed down the hill, sounded super helpful until they said it was $95! Then when we wondering if there was any way to get that cheaper as we were just up the road and could roll it down the hill for nothing, the guy on the phone came off extremely rude saying we should “better get to rolling” quote on quote. When we had initially gotten it towed about a week prior as we had broken down they weren’t very friendly over the phone either and never gave a good indication as to how far away the tow truck was, just stating it would “be there soon” and “it will be there in a couple of minutes” There are better companies out there - advice is to never just go with the first one reccommend, we were given this company and certainly wouldn’t reccommend them to anyone else"
