"Rude Asia sales, but very helpful Europe sales, didn’t notice their name tag, one is a middle hight gentleman with little belly, another is a quite tall man with long hair around 190cm I guess. Don’t understand why Asia sales from this Asia owned shop are always rude. As an Asia myself feel shame for them, that’s how Asia’s stereotypes come from. Wake up and do your job."

"So my elderly friend wanted to buy a laptop and asked me to come along since they had a discount. The staff were friendly and helpful but we had to corral them like wild horses on the prairie. They spotted us coming and would vanish down another aisle. The one we got wasn't sure about the specs and recited everything from the product description. He looked and sounded like a kid on school break. Overall the discount was great and I even went back and bought a tv from them. But you need to do your research before you go, cause they aren't able to advise or consult with you."
