Welcome to Sarah Hargreaves Counselling, a reputable establishment located at 10a Clayburn Road in Auckland, New Zealand. As a Registered Counsellor with over a decade of experience, Sarah has worked in various settings including education, forensic, drug & alcohol, and private practice.

At Sarah Hargreaves Counselling, our main goal is to help individuals find effective ways to cope with life's challenges, develop new skills, improve relationships, and ultimately create a life that they truly value. Sarah utilizes a range of interdisciplinary counselling methods tailored to meet each individual's unique needs. These methods are based on the principles of person-centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Models (CBT), Somatic Therapies, Mindfulness, and culturally responsive models.

Sarah's qualifications include a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education specializing in Counselling, a Master of Arts in Development Studies, a Graduate Diploma in Secondary Teaching, a Bachelor of Arts in Social Anthropology and Sociology, and completion of Te Ara Reo Maori: He Pi Ka Pao (Level 1 & 2).
