Welcome to East Auckland Psychology, located at 14 Highland Park Drive in Auckland, New Zealand. As a reputable establishment in the field of mental health, we strive to provide high-quality assessment and therapy services to individuals in the Howick, Pakuranga, and Manukau regions of Auckland.

At East Auckland Psychology, our team consists of experienced clinical psychologists with diverse backgrounds. Depending on the clinician, we offer assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for adolescents and adults, as well as couples and families dealing with a variety of mental health concerns. Please note that we do not offer Family Court or custody assessments.

In addition to our regular services, some of our psychologists specialize in expert assessment and medicolegal services. These services are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm at 2/22 Picton Street, and on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm at Highland Park Medical Centre.

For your convenience, we offer appointments at various locations throughout the week. Our psychologists are available at Highland Park Medical Centre on Mondays and Fridays from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and on Wednesdays from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. They are also available at Highland Park Medical Centre on Tuesdays from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm, at Pakuranga Medical Centre on Fridays from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm, and for online sessions from Monday to Friday between 9:30 am and 2:00 pm.
