"I tried calling emailing summiting their contact form. They said I never contacted them and they contacted me which is all lies. I tried refinancing and now they want me to apply again, which is a waste of time. They helped me first couple of times, which I appreciate and give them 5 star as for them, but this experience alone I'm not happy."
