Please keep in mind that some test results may take longer to process, and we release them seven days after they have been done. Requesting results earlier may lead to incomplete information and potentially false reassurance. Blood test results typically become available within seven working days, while certain tests like cervical smears and histology specimens may take longer. We recommend waiting at least two to three weeks to ensure all results have been received.
In times of emergency or after hours, our medical center provides a free nurse and doctor available 24/7. However, if you require urgent care, please call 111 or visit the closest 24/7 Accident & Medical center, Westcare Whitecross on Lincoln Rd in Henderson.

"Very unprofessional Receptionist/s and also very rude. Called in twice for scripts to be sent to Pharmacy. Called Medical Centre at 9.00am , Reception informed on 2 separate occasions that script will be ready for pick up after 4pm. Waited until 5.30pm visited Pharmacy only to be told that nothing had been sent this of course was the second time this has happened . Will be taking my children elsewhere ."
"Poor communication, didn’t listen to what I asked for ended up getting more blood tests than I needed and costing me more money than it should because they didn’t read the forms I asked them to complete properly. I have decided to leave practice. I have had good experiences with one dr however really disappointed in my last experience and won’t be returning."
