"I had an appointment the first week when school went back this year was sick of spec savers sending me reminders that I was over due for an appointment so rang a week before and made appointment I was due in Bendigo for another medical appointment arrived in Bendigo that morning at 9 am went straight to spec savers said I was here early any chance of getting an earlier app was told no , however Was reassured by staff that I would be gone in plenty of time before 10:45 app . This certainly did not happen I was getting anxious and everyone around me was having their appointments before me mothers with small children were given preference over someone that had travelled 2 hours and had another appointment. Finally seen by optometrist to be told go pick your glasses a staff member will be with you shortly . Hastily picked glasses trying to catch the eye of staff to help me finalise my appointment however there was customers entering the shop pushing prams and they were given priority it was like my time wasn’t precious I had travelled 2 hours I had informed them that I had to be gone from their shop before 10:45 I was totally disregarded so I left the shop without completing my purchase. Was late for my medical appointment. This was back in February this year 2023 it is now May 15 th 2023 I have not even heard from spec savers wondering why I did not return to complete my order is this what you call professional service ? At least the letter reminders have stopped I suppose ."
