"I've been coming here regularly for over 5 years and the service/food had always been fantastic - hence why I went back so often. The woman who ran the shop always had great customer service and the effort that went into the food and presentation was always very clear. It's a shame to say that because of the new manager running the shop, I will not be returning. The new manager is always quite rude but today he misunderstood what I was trying to say about my loyalty card, so he stood out from behind the counter and (in front of a full shop of customers) proceeded to yell over to my table at me in a very belittling and misogynistic manner. It was incredibly inappropriate and embarrassing so I got up, told them what I thought, said I wouldn't need my loyalty card anymore and left. Also- they no longer cater vegetarians as well as they once did either with only one non meat/fish option. Please don't support companies like this."
