"Utter disaster team. Clearly understaffed . Busy night and only front of house person was also working in the back too. We ordered at 5.20pm for 6.30pm Pickup yet not ready until after 7pm the rude eye rolling lady at counter told us it’s a 36 min wait from order time when we pointed out we ordered at 5.20pm she just huffed and walked off. The food was good but the delay was shocking and the rudeness was worse . Don’t waste your time shopping at Pizza Hut just go to Domino’s they are always on time"
"Worst experience with the pizza hut. Despite that no one ever answers the phone. Ordered a pizza and paid extra money for additional toppings and there was hardly anything on the pizza. I called them and spoke to the supervisor, he asked for photos which i have emailed through and he acknowledged that it’s non standard. he promised to get back to me and process a refund. After one week, No follow up no refund and tried calling but again no one even picked up the phone so i gave up. I have experienced bad customer service but not worst than Pizza hut. Been once there and my last time ever. I do not recommend this place."
"Very poor quality pizza and onion rings as had never eaten before such as an oily onion rings from Pizza Hut. Secondly the stuffing for Onion rings and Pizza Hut were broken apart even before taking a bite of them. Not recommend place as needs good training from other Pizza Hut outlets on how to make pizza and onion rings."
"Great food, always get pizza from here and very consistent. The service is good in terms of on time service. However, when I do get serviced. It's very rare they come across friendly and welcoming. One guy in particular hasn't said a word to me when giving my order. It's the little things like make customers love the experience more. But, for what I go there for, great food!"
